Payment Options

Customers can use the following payment methods: stripe - VISA/Master, PayMe, FPS, China Alipay, China WeChat pay, and bank transfer payment.

• Order will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days after your payment is confirmed. We will contact our customer to confirm the delivery time and date via phone.
   
• Cash on delivery option is only for customer chose to meet up to receive the order.
   
• Order will be automatically canceled if payment not received within 7 days.

Delivery Options

1. Orders less than HK $ 400

Orders less than HK $ 400 or more (the total amount is calculated based on the deduction of all offers), 
Customers can choose below shipping method:
 

1. Ship by SF Express, shipping fee pay by receiver.
   *Remarks: SF Express courier fee is HK$30up, the final courier fee will depend on the weight of the goods charged by SF Express.

   • SF Express- SF Express Station Pickup
   • SF Express-OK convenience store pickup
   • SF Express-Pickup at 7-11 Convenience Store
   • SF Express-direct delivery to office / residential area
     
     **Remarks: The shipping fee for SF express HK$30/first 1Kg, additional weight is $6/0.5KG.The shipping fee will be calculated by SF Express according to the actual weight or dimension of the order.

2. Free delivery upon spending HK$400

Free delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories upon spending HK$400. 

(Not included Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Pak Tam Chung and Lantau and  Outlying Islands).

• Every Purchase of HK$800 to Tung Chung (Free Toll)
• Every Purchase of HK$800 to Ma Wan/Park Island (Free Toll)
• Every Purchase of HK$800 to Discovery Bay/Peng Chau additionally HK$120 to be charged.
• No delivery service available to Pak Tam Chung and other outlying Islands except Peng Chau.

3. Terms and Conditions of Delivery

• For heavy loaded goods, a minimum of HK$20/floor will be added if no lift is available during delivery, limited to 8 floors.
   
• Service fee shall be charged if delivery is not usual. Our staff will contact you by phone for confirmation of charges.
   
• Please check the items and quantities of your goods upon delivery.
   
• For unsuccessful delivery, we shall re-arrange the schedule of delivery with our next delivery schedule.
   
• Payment by COD, please check your goods upon delivery.

Becoming a member, you can enjoy our promotional offers and member-exclusive products, and the process of following up orders is more convenient.
 

Non-members
are welcome to place an order to us but cannot enjoy any member discounts and promotions.

VIP Member (Permanent) - Single purchase over HK$1,000

• Discounts provided from time to time.
• Discount on new arrival items.
• Free product sample for trial.
• Single purchase reached the specify amount, you can choose your gift in the VIP gift area.
• After becoming a VIP member, you will receive HK$50 reward credits for a single purchase of HK$1,000 or more。（Cumulative Reward Credits）
•  For order spending HK$500 or above, you can use max.HK$30 reward credits in the next purchase.
• The value of reward 1 credit ＝HK$1 cash.
• Reward credits are valid for 6 months.
